Minggu (05\/05\/ 2024).<\/p>\n<p>Sekolah Kopi masih sangat ramai di datangi oleh para pengunjung dari berbagai daerah luar kabupaten Lampung Barat, baik luar Kecamatan dan pengunjung lokal.<\/p>\n<p>Saat masuk ke area sekolah kopi sudah terlihat, gedung sekolah kopi yang sudah terlihat kusam.<\/p>\n<p>Halaman parkir yang di padati kendaraan para pengunjung, serta kebun kopi, kedai kopi dan taman.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu juga banyak para (UMKM) yang berjualan makanan serta (UMKM) yang menyewakan mainan anak-anak seperti mobil mobilan listrik, sepeda listrik.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya sendiri yang berkunjung ke sekolah kopi tersebut terlihat sangat ramai pengunjung.\/, namun saya tidak melihat adanya aktivitas sekolah di lokasi tersebut, tidak ada adanya aktivitas sekolah, melainkan adanya aktivitas hiburan buat para pengunjung, seperti adanya tempat karaoke, tempat ngopi, bermain anak-anak, &#8221; kata Herman saat menyambangi tempat tesebut.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, kata\u00a0 Herman, tidak terlihat aktivitas sekolah kopi yang mempelajari tentang kopi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya bingung sekolah kopi apa tempat ber wisata, sempat bertanya kepada salah satu (UMKM) mas Agus,\u00a0 mengenai sekolah kopi, kenapa tidak ada aktivitas sekolah, anak murid saja tidak ada, &#8220;ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Lalu saya bertanya lagi tentang kepala sekolah sekolah kopi kenapa tidak pernah terlihat datang \/ mengantor.<\/p>\n<p>Lalu saya bertanya lagi tentang (UMKM) jawabnya, para UMKM yang berjualan di sekolah kopi tersebut yang berjumlah kurang lebih 35 orang di minta sewa lapak sebesar Rp 1.250. 000\/lapak, uang kebersihan Rp 2000\/hari, itu hari biasa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kalau hari libur beda bisa Rp 20000\/hari.l, yang sekarang di keluarkan surat SP-1 dari pihak UPT sekolah kopi, wow jumlah yang lumayan besar.<\/p>\n<p>Kedai sekolah kopi di sewakan tapi saya tidak seberapa paham jumlah sewanya berapa perkiraan 15jt sampai 20jt\/tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Terlihat juga banyak kendaraan pengunjung yang parkir baik motor dan mobil, kendaraan pengunjung tersebut di kenakan biaya parkir motor Rp 5000\/Motor<\/p>\n<p>Mobil Rp 10000\/Mobil, Lalu uang parkir dan uang sewa lapak tersebut di setorkan ke mana, padahal jumlah tersebut bisa di manfaatkan buat biaya perawatan gedung atau biaya perawatan kebun dan yang lain.<\/p>\n<p>Lalu, ucap Herman, telihat di sekitar lokasi sekolah kopi\u00a0 pula ada bangunan gazebo yang sudah ambles,kebun kopi yang terlihat sudah di tumbuhi rumput seperti tidak terawat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pertanyaan apakah sekolah kopi tidak ada anggaran dari pemerintah \/ sebaliknya,untuk biaya perawatan gedung sekolah dan kebun kopi,.juga apakah sudah menjadi tempat wisata apa belom, seharusnya sekolah kopi di peruntukan untuk lebih mengenal pembibitan beni kopi,biji kopi yang lebih berkualitas di Lampung barat, &#8221; pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pewarta<br \/>\nHermansyah<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jerat Fakta | Lampung Barat &#8211; Sekolah kopi yang berlokasi di desa \/ pekon Sukajaya&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":1758,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[89],"tags":[],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-1757","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-lampung-barat"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
