Proyek ini ditargetkan rampung pada akhir Desember 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) 1.2 Balai Jalan Nasional, Daud M. Merauje, menjelaskan bahwa pekerjaan pelebaran jalan dilakukan di dua segmen berbeda.<\/p>\n<p>Segmen pertama sepanjang 7 kilometer dimulai dari arah kota hingga batas Polsek Barat Nabire. Sementara segmen kedua sepanjang 4 kilometer dikerjakan dari arah Kaladiri Dua.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTotal panjang yang kami kerjakan 11 kilometer. Pekerjaan ini melibatkan dua perusahaan, yakni PT Modern dan PT AMP,\u201d ujar Daud saat ditemui oleh wartawan di kantornya. Selasa (23\/9\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Ia menyebutkan, PT Modern menggarap pekerjaan dengan nilai pagu kontrak sebesar Rp38 miliar. Sementara PT AMP mendapat kontrak Rp22 miliar.<\/p>\n<p>Dari nilai total awal Rp60 miliar, ada penawaran yang dilakukan pihak perusahaan sehingga anggaran lebih efisien.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk progres fisik, kedua perusahaan telah menyelesaikan sekitar 14 persen pekerjaan. Kontrak proyek ini dimulai pada akhir Juni 2025 dengan target penyelesaian selama enam bulan ke depan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJika tidak ada halangan, bulan depan sudah bisa dimulai pengaspalan,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Daud, penggunaan dua perusahaan dalam proyek ini bertujuan mempercepat penyelesaian pekerjaan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKalau hanya satu perusahaan, tentu akan lambat. Karena waktu yang diberikan singkat, jadi kami bagi agar hasil maksimal,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga saat ini, pelebaran dari sisi kiri badan jalan sepanjang 5 kilometer sudah dibuka.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Minggu depan ditargetkan sudah mulai dilakukan pengaspalan. Setelah sisi kiri rampung, pekerjaan akan dilanjutkan ke sisi kanan jalan,&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pelebaran jalan ini meningkatkan lebar dari semula 6 meter menjadi 7,8 meter. Selain itu, lapisan aspal lama juga akan diperbarui dengan lapisan baru untuk memperkuat kualitas jalan.<\/p>\n<p>Namun demikian, ada sejumlah kendala teknis di lapangan. Misalnya saat penggalian, pekerja menemukan tiang Telkom, tiang lampu, dan pipa PDAM.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSemua itu kami koordinasikan dengan pihak terkait agar tidak menghambat pekerjaan,\u201d terang Daud.<\/p>\n<p>Selain kendala teknis, masyarakat juga sempat menyampaikan keluhan terkait batas jalan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami arahkan masyarakat untuk berkomunikasi dengan pihak tata ruang. Urusan ganti untung tanah merupakan kewenangan pemerintah, bukan kontraktor atau balai,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Meski begitu, Daud memastikan bahwa semua keluhan masyarakat tetap ditampung. Bahkan ada yang datang langsung ke kantor Satker PJN untuk menyampaikan aspirasi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami tetap menjembatani masyarakat, tetapi pekerjaan pelebaran jalan akan terus dijalankan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan, koordinasi juga dilakukan dengan kepala distrik di sekitar proyek.
